Nephrology: Yes; excretion of urine and medications is extremely different depending on the severity of kidney disease, blood pressure, and age of the child.

Yes somewhat: While the overall guidelines are similar there are some major difference ..any child should be referred to a spro aloes pediatric nephrologist or this reason

Yes: short answer is yes. The standard of care is different for treatment and follow up. Diseases can overlap but may have different presentation in pediatric population.
