No: Your kidneys were perhaps a bit under the weather, perhaps from taking iboprofen, getting dehydrated or something. I seriously doubt that the 'ketobest' had anything to do with it -- it's used for chronic kidney failure patients and is not widely accepted as evidence-based.

Follow up : why did your creatinine increase ? Need to know the cause. ketobest sounds like a non prescription medication and of unclear value. Would suggest follow up and work up why kidney function abnormal
