Pediatric physical: Therapists help infants, children ; teens with gross motor (lower trunk ; lower extremity) delay or dysfunction. In cerebral palsy, a group of conditions due to central nervous system damage that impair movement, pt can increase functional mobility or reduce joint contractures. Pt is also used to regain function after any kind of injury to the bones, joints, muscles ; ligaments of the legs ; feet.

Don'tUnderstandQuest: I don't know what you are trying to ask.In pediatric age Physical therapy is only indicated in children born with congenital disorders or birth trauma like Spina bifida and others.And if they develop any disease which may affect their musculo skeletal system.Like Myopathies and other neurological disorders.Normal healthy children do not need Physical Therapy.What major question you are referring

No: Physical therapists try to help people who are having problems with certain muscle groups (sprains, etc.) It doesn't depend upon age
