Need protien: 2 much can cause trouble, a well balanced low fat high fiber diet is optimal. Protein has less cal/gram so people feel that the more protein the better. U need carbs & fats also. Also all protein does not give u enough vitamins. Exercise is also crucial 2 losing weight.
