Your history: Breathing, pain, and heart pounding issues. Better get cleared by your doc before you work out. Cross training is best, some cardio ; some aerobic after being cleared. Your medications suggest that you are a bit anxious. Stretching, yoga, and my favorite qigong, can make for a balanced program. Peace and good health.
