Running!: Running is the perfect exercise in many ways; it is an excellent cardiovascular activity, and also has wonderful mental benefits. Many other activities can also be done without a gym membership: cycling (if you could buy a bike) and swimming (if you live near a warm ocean or have a pool in your backyard or school). Even regular, brisk walking is an excellent and easy way to boost health ; fitness.
