Push-ups: U can always do push-ups which work both your chest and your arm. Sit-ups can be done anywhere to strengthen and tone abdominal muscles.A 10$$ chin-up bar can be placed in a door- way and is an excellent conditioner for arms and lats if u widen grip... Planks, straight leg raises, hip abduction exercises , etc. Get started! gl!
