This makes no sense: It is hard for you or i to be guessing what this lady has going on. If she is part of your family, go see her and speak with her doctor directly and you will find out the true picture and get your answers.Medicine is not that complicated as implied in your question" no one in montreal knows what she has". I can not believe that!

Complete physical: Forty fractures is quite a lot. She needs a thorough evaluation by her doctor to find the cause of her neck pain. Montreal has two medical centers--laval and mcgill. If you are unable o find help from her doctor, go to one of those two centers for an evaluation.
