My 8 year old has a fracture if the neck of her humerus bone 2 days ago. it was splinted now, can they cast this break? it isn't displaced.

Usually: Often with a long arm cast, and often applied at Orthopedic follow up visit (after 10-14 days). Usually worn for 6-8 weeks, depending on patient and nature of fracture. Can contact his Pediatrician for referral if not provided at first visit.
