39 y old male. fractured sternum &rib from beirut explosion on 4august.augmentin &ertal for 10 days now on muscerol only but shoulders & neck pain cant sleep well. best sleeping position? can he go to the moutains above 300 m? meds to ease the pain?

Rest/ NSAIDS: A heating pad, Motrin and resting is advised. The rib cage is used in the process of breathing and if you are at altitude, there may be more use of the muscles of the rib cage which adds strain.
