Typical of vertigo: You may have labyrinthitis which will give you fatigue and vertigo. It should eventually go away (but it's awful while it lasts!) you could also have benign positional vertigo. I don't see fatigue as often with this, but it occasionally happens. You can get Meclizine over the counter to help with the symptoms. If this doesn't work, we occasionally use valium to quiet down the symptoms.
