Same as anyone else: An ENT specialist may have some more highly specialized equipment to test for balance compared a primary doctor but essentially what you should get first and foremost is a good history and physical examination. You are very young and so things have to be looked at in context. For example, are you a college student? Do you work multiple jobs, what are your basic chemistries and bloodwork like?
