No: It can have that effect but not usually. I would check with the ENT doctor and have it looked at it again. As you know anything involving the vestibular system can cause many of your symptoms

Could be.: It would take another look. In getting the wax out it is easy to traumatize the ear canal which can cause some of your symptoms. So another look and some ear drops probably.
