Is it safe to do a liver cleanse when i have gallstones? 8mm gallstone found on ultrasound 6 months ago - just using "wait and see" approach with it.

No: Forcing overex[ression of bile from liver not advantageous. With a small stone present, it will eventaully pass and if it remains in the common duct can be removed by ercp.
