Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes that are staying the same size and not associated with any other symptoms are generally not concerning.

Should biopsy: Node that are 1.75 cm is just underr 1 inch and may be significant. If they are non tender and have not increased in size and number for over 1 year one can watch. If there is a pattern change then biospy is indicated since low grade lyphoma can behave like this.
