Will something bad happen because i smoked crystal and im getting surgery on my left hand?

Depends on when: Crystal meth will cause alterations in your blood pressure and possibly make you slightly more difficult to sedate. If you smoked it just before your surgery tell the anesthesiologist if not then if at all possible avoid smoking it around the surgery date. Maybe this will be a good opportunity to enter a rehab program. Discuss it with your doctor.
