Hi! i am 19 and unfortunately have sciatica and have had a brain tumor that was removed from a brain surgery but 4 days ago my pinky toe went numb on my left foot and ive had really bad pain in my lower leg ever since?

There may be post surgical inflammation. This may cause similar signs. The leg and foot though should be checked to ensure that you have good circulation.

Several possibilities: there may be nerve issues in foot or ankle involving sural nerve, or posterior tibial (tarsal tunnel). Sciatica has worsened causing nerve root compression and radiculopathy. Less likely, but important is to rule out vascular issues, such as thrombophlebitis. Contact your doctor and get this thoroughly evaluated and treated ASAP.
