I assume you've told the surgeon that you have Raynaud's syndrome. You know what triggers your episodes and how to avoid them. Nasal symptoms are not as problematic as with fingers & toes. Taking vasodilating meds like amlodipine may prevent symptoms. Nevertheless, your surgeon has to take your Raynauds under consideration. What does he/she say?

First, I would check if you have Raynaud’s disease. No finger or toe cyanosis (purple or blue color) is suspicious. See a rheumatologist or a vascular specialist.
