Hello! i have raynaulds syndrome and i am wanting to get an open primary rhinoplasty in september. my syndrome is not all that bad, no purple hands or toes or anything, but in the winter my nose does get pretty cold. is it ok for me to have surgery?

I assume you've told the surgeon that you have Raynaud's syndrome. You know what triggers your episodes and how to avoid them. Nasal symptoms are not as problematic as with fingers & toes. Taking vasodilating meds like amlodipine may prevent symptoms. Nevertheless, your surgeon has to take your Raynauds under consideration. What does he/she say?

First, I would check if you have Raynaud’s disease. No finger or toe cyanosis (purple or blue color) is suspicious. See a rheumatologist or a vascular specialist.
