Sure: Part of post traumatic stress is focusing on an event almost constantly having bad dreams about the event ad being unable to overcome the event. I don't know if you had a trauma or are afraid that one will occur. Focusing on a potential trauma can increase your Adrenalin levels and you will start to feel anxious even have a panic attack.
