Lots of things: Talk with the doctor treating your ocd about the new symptom. Find a relaxation technique that appeals to you - mindfulness meditation, exercise routines - there are many roads to the destination of stress relief and anxiety control or reduction. Prozac (fluoxetine) may not be the best way to handle your condition, so ask if a change might help. Also, have a doctor look into non-psychological conditions too.
