My stomach is fluttering and moving with my heartbeat. i had abdominal us for a gallbladder issue. if it was aaa would they have found it?

Yes: It is unlikely that an AAA is present because of your age. It would be prudent to get a full diagnostic workup on the gastrointestinal system before implicating the aorta. If an AAA was present it would have been seen during the abdominal ultrasound.
