Is it okay for my gallbladder and stomach to be moderately distended on an abdominal ct?

Probably: It depends on your symptoms. If you are not having any pain, nausea or vomiting, the distention is likely not a problem. It can be a subjective call by the radiologist. If you are having one or more of those symptoms, the distention may be relevant, and your doctor would take that into account.
