No: H. Pylori is more responsible for ulceration issues, gastritis/duodenitis and possible links to GI (stomach) cancers. No true relation to a AAA or irritable bowel syndrome.

No AAA from H. Pylor: H. Pylori causes gastric ulcers and gastritis. Probably not cause AAA and unlikely to cause irritable bowel syndrome. The pulsation to have is likely due to the pulsations from the aorta and it is normal.
