Which has more affect on digestion parathyroid or thyroid? will a parathyroidectomy improve digestion?

Parathyroid: Not sure what you mean by "digestion", and it is not clear from your question what hormones are abnormal. If you have hyperparathyroidism and you are 41, you should probably have surgery to prevent bone loss. There are sometimes weird symptoms from the hyperparathyroidism, but i doubt surgery will improve GI symptoms.
