Would a lumbar sympathetic block help with small fiber neuropathy pain and burning of the lower extremities?

Neuropathy: I don't believe the block will help. I would however make sure you r/o reversible causes of neuropathy such as heavy metals (need to do provocative urine test), inflammation (c-rp 800), hypothyroidism (ft3>3.0). If not is found then i would take vitamin B12 1000 sl, vitamin b6 100 mg, krill oil, L-carnitine 1000 bid, vit d 5000 iu per day.
