See below: Small fiber peripheral neuropathy usually affects in a symmetrical fashion, such as the feet and hands. Although, it can potentially affect one extremity depending on the cause of the neuropathy. Hope that helps answer your question.

My NCV reports suggest that i have mild distal motor axonal peroneal neuropathy in right limb eventhough i feel symptoms of tingling in my left leg as well, usually these gets worse during night. Does this even get cured or i have to live with it now?
