See GI: Blood in the stool from rectum is never normal, etc. Bright red signifies most likely from a distal GI source, ...Bleed close to the rectum. You need to see a GI doctor for an evaluation to determine the cause (whether it is from a hemorrhoid or some other cause) as soon as possible. Best wishes.
