See details: The ANA means nothing by itself as it must be evaluated in terms of the clinical symptoms. If the clinical picture is consistent with lupus, then you have lupus. If it is not, then the ANA is potentially not that important. Have you seen a rheumatologist? If you have, you need to discuss the findings with that doctor. If you haven't, you need to see one.
