Not necessary: Hepatitis c is transmitted by unprotected sex or by your blood exposed to infected blood. Unless the glass was visibly contaminated by her blood you do not have to worry or be tested. You do.Not contract hepatitis c from casual non sex contact.

Testing: Yes: although rare hepatitis b and c can be transniited through blood and secretions. Oral/fecal contamination is also a cause. Since you are in the profession, get basic hep b vaccination and blood testing for c.
