Today i had deep cleaning done at dental office in us. lot of bleeding gums. after cleaning i asked hygienist to give me more mouthwash to rinse. she used paper tissue to hold my cup no gloves to pour more mouthwash in cup. any risk for hiv/hep?

Bleeding gums: Indicates Periodontal (gum) disease. Ask to see a specialist Periodontist. Hygienist should have been gloved and gowned. Risk of infection to you infantessimably small. Risk of you infecting the person not wearing barriers is marginally higher.

My breath smells like poop. My dentist & hygienist says my mouth/teeth/gums are in perfect shape. I brush/floss/tongue scrape/mouthwash rinse 4 times a day. I have not been drinking a lot of water which has me constipated, can that be the cause?
