Setting?: Are you taking it after curative surgery (adjuvant) or to control metastatic disease? Markers can be confusing. I have to say the progressive elevation of your 27.29 is suspicious but i'm taking it out of the context of your clinical situation. I'm sure your oncologist will gladly sit down with you and explain its meaning and what he/she has in mind for next.
