I was just diagnosed with hi-grade dcis. i had dcis in 1991 and had a lumpectomy and radiation..no tamoxifen. what are my options now?

Questions: Is your new dcis in the same breast as your surgery and radiation? If so, then you will need a mastectomy (check reconstruction options). I recommend you meet with your oncology team (include a plastic surgeon) to discuss all of the options.
