I have been on tamoxifen for 11 days now and have had pretty severe indigestion from it. is this a normal side effect? it's very uncomfortable and i take pantoprazole with added gaviscon for it but it's not helping at all. i am eating extremely light?

Indigestion is listed as a mild, early side effect of tamoxifen by PDR. Your symptom seems not mild, not relieved with pantoprazole and antacid. I suggest you hold this med for a couple days and see if the indigestion is subsided. If it is and when you feel better you can restart at half dose then increase to the full dose as tolerated within a week. If symptom recurs, it should be changed.
