Probably not: If the red dots are the only unusual symptom you are experiencing, then this is something to ask your primary care doctor, not an emergency.

It depends: This tiny red dots could be petechiae and could be due to so many things including but not limited to trauma, medications, infections or bleeding problems etc. It would be wise to see a doctor soon.
