Skin rashes after swimming in a pool can be of two types: Chlorine reaction or bacterial infection. Both typically go away with no intervention, typically in a week or so. Discomfort can be minimized with over the counter antihistamines or steroid creams. If the rash worsens or the child develops a fever, she should be seen in person at an urgent care.
