See a dentist asap: Need to see a dentist to have your issues evaluated. You may need some dental treatment and/or some type of oral mouthpiece to help with your grinding (at night, ) or clenching (during the day.) often, seeing a tmj/tmd specialist may help you so that you can hopefully quit or decrease your parafunctional grinding/clenching.

See any dentist: Sorry for your suffering, but dental pain cannot resolve on it's own. I can appreciate your concerned about your dental health, but finding a proper diagnosis and treatment for your situation may be the answer to your worries.
