Other stuff: Pain in that area could be due to liver/gallbladder/pancreas -evidently excluded on the mri. Can also be due to problems in stomach or duodenum, e.g. Ulcer, or colon including polyps, tumors, cancer, other. May or nay not be related to heavy alcohol use. Get checked.
