See a Dr.: Frequent urination can have many causes. One of the most common is a UTI. ( bladder infection) another is diabetes. It would be wise to see a Dr and discuss the problem with them in person. They can do an exam and test your urine for infection, sugar and other tell-tale signs of problems. They can also offer a plan of treatment.
