Flu: You have to differentiate between 2 things that may happen after flu: one is bacterial infection ( staph pneumonia) which usually presents with high grade fever, chills, cough w\o chest pain. The other thing is the post viral syndrome which usually a continuation of the flu symptoms but get milder with time.

Stomach pain : Taking excedrin on an empty stomach can cause gastritis ( inflammation of the stomach ) . Aspirin and nsaids are recommended to be taken after meals. You can now take antacids to help with the pain and if that persists you need to see your doctor.

Cough : Since you are on Imuran (azathioprine) which suppresses the immunity, i would highly recommend having a chest x ray to exclude pneumonia. The pain in your right flank is mostly muscular related to severe cough.
