Maybe: If you had contact of dog saliva on broken skin, you have a small but real risk of infection. You should see a doctor and possibly get started on oral antibiotics. The infection is not normally contagious unless another person has physical contact with pus from a wound.

If it was: Your dog or a domesticated neighbors' dog with current vaccinations... And you have no particular reason to suspect the animal was rabid...And you are in good health, not on immune suppressants or receiving cancer chemotherapy...And you washed the area within a reasonable time, then you may be over-reacting a bit.
