Itchy rash on palm: An itch rash on the palmar surface of your hand could be several things. Dyshidrotic exzema, contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction to something are possible causes. A fungal infection is a possibility as well. If it is really itchy it could also be scabies, an infection caused by a mite. See your doc who can help figure it out and get you a cream to relieve the itching.
