Dermatitis NOS: A rash/skin infection for that long needs to be seen and evaluated so the proper diagnosis can occur and you can be treated for the underlying condition. A Dermatologist is a skin specialist, so it would be recommended to see that kind of Doctor. best wishes yo you.

This condition: can't be diagnosed on line. If your physician hasn't been able to make an accurate diagnosis - would encourage evaluation by a dermatologist. Take care.
