No: HIV is transmitted via sex, or blood transfusion or use of contaminated needle ( or from Mom to baby with birth/pregnancy/ breast feeding) It is very remotely possible to transmit via contact with contaminated blood to an open wound. An HIV patient who was not bleeding does not contaminate something by touching it.
