Speed leads 2 regain: I never recommend speeding up weight loss. When you go on a "diet" the odds of keeping the weight off aren't good. For long term lifestyle change that will help you lose & keep the weight off, focus on fruits, vegetables, protein (plant > animal) & healthy fats. Carbs should be whole grain. Avoid processed foods, soda, sugar, white bread, crackers, cookies, chips, white rice & other refined carbs.
