See doctor: If you are willing get help and try treatment, then you will have better chance of managing the illness better. Exercise may help. Fibromyalgia symptoms can get better, worse, fluctuate. Over time, you will learn what works for you.

Rheumatologist: Someone who thinks they have fibromyalgia should seek an evaluation by a Rheumatologist. Rational medical practice requires a diagnosis before an effective therapeutic program is able to be organized.
