Don't pull that pin!: According to reviews I have read it contains 225 mg of caffeine. Potential side effects include: anxiety, nausea, tachycardia, difficulty sleeping & headaches. Ingredients include: green coffee, phenylalaline, cayenne, green tea and bitter orange. Some of these don’t have documented efficacy. You are better off with good nutrition choices and exercise.

Myth: Nope. This would be just another product making false claims. It will not in any way lead you to real or lasting weight loss. Don't waste your money!
