Caffeine weight loss: I don't recommend caffeine supplements for weight loss for my patients. At 45, you may have some degree of unrecognized elevated cholesterol, borderline diabetes, or high blood pressure. Some risks of large amounts of caffeine on the heart and other organs shouldn't be ignored. There is not, and likely will never be, a magic pill for weight loss. It takes a dedicated diet and exercise plan daily.
