You may need further: Imaging and testing. You can still have gallbladder pain without evidence of inflammation (cholecystitis) or stones (cholelithiasis). Other tests can be done to evaluate gallbladder function and emptying including a hida scan. A discussion with your primary care doctor about your symptoms is warranted and you probably need a further workup.
