Not a good idea: Eating fruits and vegetables is a great start. It should be a part of a entire diet and exercise plan, including both resistance training, aerobic exercise, and a healthy, well balanced diet. Besides fruits and vegetables, you will need an adequate source of vitamin d, vitamin bs, and proteins.
