Is it okay to get filling and removal of wisdom tooth when i'm 5 weeks pregnant?

No but: You need to have your dentist discuss this with your OB /gyn first. I generally prefer to defer treatment involving a anesthetic, even locals, till patient is past the first trimester of pregnancy.
